Where are you located? Do you travel?​​​

I’m based in Cambridge  Ontario, and I serve clients throughout Southern Ontario—including Cambridge, Kitchener-Waterloo, Guelph. A small travel fee may apply for locations 20+ minutes outside of those areas.

​​​What’s your editing style?​

​My editing style is bright and airy and true to colour. I do not use AI on photos, nor will I alter your appearance.​​​​​​

Do you deliver RAW (unedited) images?​​

No, I do not deliver RAW photos. I only ever send the finished product.​​

​

​​How long will it take to get my photos back?​​

That depends on the package you choose, but if you’d like them back sooner, just let me know. There may be an additional fee for expedited delivery.​​

What to Expect ​

My approach to photography is rooted in authenticity and genuine connection. I believe the best images come from real moments, but I also appreciate thoughtfully guided shots that still feel natural and true to you.

Policies 

​

Payment​​

A non-refundable retainer of 50% of the total session fee is required at the time of booking to secure the session date. The remaining balance is due 1 week prior to your session.

Cancellation

If the session is cancelled by lenspirephotos due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances, you’ll have the option to receive a refund or rebook for the rescheduled date. If you cancel the 50% retainer is non refundable.

Need to reschedule?

Sometimes things come up, and I completely understand! If you need to reschedule your session, just let me know as soon as you can and I’ll do my best to find another date that works for both of us.  Please keep in mind that rescheduling with less than 48 hours’ notice may result in a small rescheduling fee of $30. Your deposit will still be applied to your new session date.

Refunds

Unfortunately sessions are non-refundable as it covers Courtney's time and holds your date for you.
